Optonome is a home healthcare marketplace that enables community members to access value-based care. The HIPAA-compliant mobile application was initially utilized to aid in the management of home and community services for adults with autism and intellectual disabilities in certified homes, apartments, and community environments. Within these contexts, direct support professionals (DSPs) assisted waiver participants in attaining optimal autonomy, mitigating challenges such as staff turnover and housing costs.
